Community Nurses & Health Visitors
Attached Community Nurses and Health Visitors will be based within the Castle Health Centre from 19th June 2014. Community Nurses visit patients at home to assess their nursing needs, offer advice and provide nursing care. Health Visitors are nurses who have special training in child development and health promotion.
